Hey, so this whole podcast thing hit me outta nowhere, but here I am ranting about it. Seriously—Sid, Brett, and I, somehow we got a show running this week. No clue how we pulled it off, but we’re diving into what’s happening in the gaming universe. Or at least what caught our attention. Wild stuff, right? Also, we chatted with these cool cats from Arrowhead Game Studios, Alex Bolle and Niklas Malmborg. Yeah, felt pretty legit.
Oh, before I forget, which I probably would, here’s the stuff that’s buzzing:
Next week’s got some releases. Not that I’m marking my calendar or anything…
- To a T on PS5. Whatever that means.
- F1 25 for both PS5 and PS4. All you race junkies, vroom vroom.
- Disney Illusion Island Starring Mickey & Friends — Who knew, right? On PS5, PS4.
- Elden Ring Nightreign on PS5, PS4. I have no idea why it sounds like a fantasy novel. Probably is.
- Hypercharge: Unboxed for PS5, PS4. Wonder if it’s anything like unpacking groceries.
Oh, oh! And don’t even get me started on Helldivers 2. Super Earth, folks. It’s under siege, and yeah, somehow we’re saving it?
Then there’s Mukti, which sounds mysterious. It’s this narrative thing from Sony India Hero project—I spaced out when they explained it but cool name, huh?
Oh man, how could I skip Call of Duty: Black Ops 6? New maps, modes, the whole shebang hitting May 29. Maybe I’ll even try it. Or not.
And I’ll toss in Zenless Zone Zero just ’cause it sounds like a mouthful. Season 2 starting June 6. Rewards and features, and… stuff.
Now, jumping or maybe stumbling back to our main crew—or wait, did I mention them already? Dormilón deserves a shoutout for throwing together our theme tunes. Seriously, you’d hum it in the shower. Maybe. If you’re like me.
