Sure thing—let’s see where this goes.

So, there I was, minding my own business, when Maximum Entertainment drops a bombshell: they’ve got a release date for this big ol’ mash-up game, “40 Sports Games In 1,” set to come out on Nintendo Switch. I mean, who knew we needed this? Breakfirst Games is behind it, and yeah, they’re claiming it’s the biggest mix of sports jammed into a game yet. Sounds wild, right?
Apparently, it’s piggybacking off some previous deal called “34 Sports Games In 1″—never heard of it, but okay. This new version’s adding six fresh sports to the lineup, like Tug of War and Snowball Fight, which, if you ask me, sound like activities you’d do at a weird family reunion. But hey, I’m kinda intrigued.
You can fly solo or drag along your pals and fam—team up or go at it alone, it doesn’t matter much. The game doles out rewards and lets you unlock costumes. Why? Because you need those bragging rights. Everyone needs to know you’re the dude in the neon lederhosen owning Tug of War.
They’re really going for it with this game. There are 40 sports—no joke, it’s like a buffet of competitions. They’ve bundled in football, bowling, and even horse racing. Some oddballs too, like paddling (seriously, paddling?) and Taekwondo. Reminds me of that time I thought I’d try fencing, but instead ended up with a sword stuck in my garage wall. Don’t ask.
And if you’re the kind who likes to play dress-up, this is your jam. Progress in the game, and you get to fancy up your characters in these costumes. Stand out, look snazzy, and let everyone see you’re the champ in whatever sport you’re messing around in.
It’s hitting the Nintendo eShop on August 28, 2025, but if you like having something to hold, you’ll wait until September 25, 2025, when the physical copy comes to North America. Look, I’m not saying it’ll change your life, but maybe it’ll add some fun. Or frustration—depends on how intense you get.
And I almost forgot—there’s an announcement trailer floating around somewhere. Probably flashy with a lot of jazzy graphics, the usual stuff, you know.
