Hey folks, buckle up because I’m diving headfirst into the wild world of Borderlands 4. Honestly, I can’t tell if it’s the caffeine or the excitement, but here we go. It’s this State of Play thing happening, and I’m not flying solo — got a bunch of Gearbox peeps along for the ride, talking all things chaos on Kairos. And yeah, we’re gonna mess up the Timekeeper good. I mean, who comes up with these names, right?
So, mark your calendars or whatever, because April 30 is the day. You know, that live streaming life on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube — at 2pm PT, 5pm ET, 10pm BST, and some other time I keep forgetting because time zones are weird.
Remember back in February, we got all hyped with a trailer drop? That was something. Explosions, weird-looking enemies, shiny loot — the whole nine yards. And surprise (or maybe not), they’ve bumped up the launch to September 12, 2025. Pretty sweet, getting your hands on the loot sooner.
So, this upcoming, uh, show — get ready. I’m hanging out with Anthony Nicholson, who’s kinda a big deal (Senior Project Producer, not just some random dude), and we’re unpacking over 20 minutes of pure gameplay madness. We’ve got missions, weapons that probably shouldn’t exist, wicked Action Skills, and some characters popping back in like old friends. Maybe new ones too. Didn’t quite catch all the details, ha.
While you’re twiddling thumbs, there’s some key art that dropped. Check it out. Honestly, wishlist the game if you’re into that. Anyway — oh right, see you on April 30. I might be rambling. Too many late nights, I guess.
