Sure thing! Here it is:

So, I’m working on this review for Tempopo on the Switch, you know, the Nintendo thing. It’s by Witch Beam and CULT Games. Anyway, I ended up chatting with Sanatana Mishra from Witch Beam about the game and how it all came together. Honestly, I had no clue where this conversation was headed, but here we go.
PS4Blog (or whoever): Morning! It’s great to have you back. How you doing?
Sanatana: Hey there! I’m good, just tired from all the development sprints. Feels a bit like running a marathon, then realizing you’re in another one just as you finish. But, now looking back, it kinda feels satisfying.
Oh, and by the way, I was playing catch-up with a ton of games this year. Seriously, who can play them all the moment they’re released? Anyway, stumbled upon Tempopo dropping on Switch. What’s up with this rhythm puzzler?
Sanatana: So, it’s a bit wacky, to be honest. And it’s, like, all warm and fuzzy. I just want people to feel smart, you know? It’s got this whole relaxing vibe going. If I have to describe it without rambling (which I just did), think of 3D spins on old 2D puzzles like Lemmings. Freestyle music stuff happening too. You might accidentally turn into Mozart while playing.
Development time? Geez, it took forever—like maybe on and off for five years? Concept’s been mostly stable, but the details? Man, they were tweaked like crazy. Game development is all about those tiny little changes. Kinda like being a sculptor working on a marble statue, where every chip matters.
And here’s me with my collection of physical game editions! I’ve got Assault Android Cactus on PC from IndieBox, and so many others. So—please say Tempopo’s getting its own physical edition?
Sanatana: Uh, yeah, not likely. At least not soon. Sorry to crush your dreams, but who knows down the line, right? Just winging it here.
Anyway, we gotta wrap this convo up. Any last words of wisdom? Or anything random you’d wanna add?
Sanatana: Just hoping Tempopo brings folks some joy. Maybe sparks a creative moment they didn’t expect. Really grateful we’re in this spot at Witch Beam—just doing what we love. No plans to expand or change too much. We’re in this for as long as our bodies let us keep noodling around with games!
So there you have it. Check out Tempopo if you want a sprinkle of unexpected genius. And who knows? You might discover a hidden composer in you.
Ta-da!
