Geez, so Konami’s back at it again, and I can’t help but think—after all that Summer Game Fest chaos—there’s still more to bite into. Like, what do they have up their sleeves this time? Ah, right! They’ve got this thing called Konami Press Start coming up. Heard it’s supposed to spill the beans on stuff like the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake. Y’know, I loved Snake, even though his name always sounded like a critter. Anyway, there’s also a new Silent Hill game thrown in there.
Now get this, the whole shebang is happening on June 12, at the crack of dawn (9 a.m. EDT for those early birds—or 6 a.m. if you’re on pacific time). Perfect time for a coffee, or two. You can catch it on Konami’s YouTube, if that’s your jam. It’s a short one, only 37 minutes. They’ll talk about Metal Gear Solid Delta and Silent Hill f. But here’s the kicker—they’re teasing more than just those. Fingers crossed for some scoop on Gradius Origins or maybe news on the next Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection. Oh, and dare I say, DLC for Bloober Team’s attempt at Silent Hill 2. Gotta admit, there’s a tweak of curiosity in me for that.
Is it just me, or is this like waiting for a surprise inside a cereal box? Who knows, right?
