Alright, so here’s the scoop, straight from my cluttered brain, about this PlayStation Days of Play thing coming in 2025. Brace yourselves, because it’s about to get a bit messy, alright? So, if you’ve been juggling those price tags like I have—seriously, who hasn’t noticed the spike?—you might want to circle, I dunno, late May or early June on your calendar. Yeah, Sony’s setting up for their massive sales gala, and it’s every bit as chaotic as you’d hope. Discounts flying left and right on games, gadgets, and who knows, maybe even a PS Plus steal.
When did this all start? Back in ’17, I think? Time’s a blur. But yeah, last year, they flipped the switch on May 29. But hey, who’s to say they might not jump the gun this year and kick off somewhere around May 26? Just a wild guess though, so don’t quote me on that.
Oh, and get this, the sneaky updates are already lurking on their website. Do a quick search, and bam, there’s the “Days of Play 2025…” teaser. But click it and, just like last year, you’ll hit a wall with the “thanks for joining us” sign. Typical, right?
So, what’s in store? Big ol’ PS Store bonanza, naturally. PS5 jazz, maybe some controller love, and if we’re lucky, another PS Plus markdown. They’d be daft to skip that bit, honestly. Anyway, when they drop the curtain on the event, I’ll try to remember to holler back with more details. If I don’t get distracted or something.
