So, there’s this game—Klaus Lee – Thunderballs. Right? Sounds wild already. It’s by Assemble Entertainment and NUKKLEAR, and it’s landing on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation soon. Like, really soon. June 25. Mark your calendars if you’re into that sort of thing. I might actually check it out, who knows.
Now, Klaus Lee—do you know this guy? I didn’t until now, and it’s kinda funny. Apparently, he almost landed a gig as a cop in Beverly Hills, then took a detour to become a private eye in Hawaii. I wonder if he soaked up too much sun and lost interest, ‘cause well, he didn’t stick around. Then he’s back in Cali, doing stunts and leading a group of problem-solvers. But here’s the twist—they always lost out to a way better team. Ouch, sounds frustrating, right?
There’s even this bit where he missed an interview in New York—and some dude named Zeddemore ended up catching ghosts instead (I mean, seriously, how cool is that?!). Also, he taught Maverick to fly and play volleyball. Talk about random—but cool random. Klaus led a busy life, to say the least.
Anyhoo—this game, Klaus Lee – Thunderballs, is all about classic platforming action. Apparently, over a hundred levels were crafted by the devs, and I’m guessing some level of sadistic glee was involved. But here’s the fun part—you can build your own levels! And then toss them out into the world to see how players cross-platform react. Sounds like a never-ending possibility of fun—or madness. Or both.
There are some snazzy pics floating around, too. Makes me wonder if the graphics are as good in action. Anyway, June 25—might be worth seeing what the fuss’s all about. Or not. Your call!
